Damdama College organized the
annual college week 2025-2026
which was held from 09th- 13th February 2026. During this five days college
week various co-curricular activities were held like- Debate
competition, poem recitation, poem writing competition, letter writing
competition, quiz competition, mehendi competition, rangoli competition,
cricket, athletics, carrom, badminton, kabbaddi, ethnic food competition, dance
competition, fancy dress competition, singing competition and cultural rally
etc. The college week was inaugurated by Dr.Manju Das, Associate Professor,
Department of Assamese, Damdama College by hoisting flag of the college along
with the faculties, students union body and students of the college followed by
various curricular activities where several students participated. On the day
of closing ceremony i.e. on 13th February 2026, Cultural Rally was organized by
all the departments of the College and represented various theme by walking
down the streets from college through Damdama Chowk to Bardhadhi. Dr. Moni Sarma,
Principal Saraighat college was invited as an esteemed guest for price
distribution ceremony. The guest Mr. Sarma delivered an insightful motivational
speech for the students. The guest, principal and Faculty members distributed
